Secretary - Tracy Murray Liaise with GNAS, & DWWA. Coordinate club responses to the aforementioned bodies. Reciept of incoming communications from the aforementioned bodies. Submission of membership returns. Keep minutes of meetings and maintain records. Approve CRB records where required. Main contact for the club.
Members Representative - Ernie Hemp. Liaison between the Club and the Committee.
Child Protection Officer - Paul Burden Coordinate CRB checks and requests Maintain CRB records.
School Liaison Officer - Tracy Murray Liaise with Cranborne Middle School around use of its field and indoor facilities for club shooting.
Vice Chairman - Andy Fisher Assume Chairmans duties when required. Chair & organise committee. Oversee smooth running of the club. Liaise with other clubs.
Treasurer - Ralph Wood To manage club funds & banking. Review and coordinate club spending. Prepare and set annual budgets. Review and propose annual membership fees. Audit of all club expenditure. Recipient of monies for competitions & membership fees.
Records Officer - Simon Ferrari Maintain members shooting records. Liaise with GNAS where required for awards and achievements. Manage club ribbon system, trophies and awards.
Equipment Officers - Dan O'Dea & Frasier Murray Maintain club equipment in good working order. Coordinate purchase of new & replacement club equipment. Maintenance of Club facilities and storage. Manage loans of club equipment.
Webmaster - Lee Burchell Update and administer club website. Manage club email facilities.
